Ian Dickinson - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Dickinson has more than 20 years of experience as a senior executive in the areas of private equity, oilfield service equipment, M&A and finance. He was previously president and CEO of Premier Oilfield Equipment, where he led expansion of its geographic reach and product offerings via strategic partnerships and strong relationships with oil and gas exploration and production companies throughout the U.S. He is a former partner with Caddis Capital Investments, a private equity firm where he had asset management responsibilities, including acquisitions, asset optimization and divestitures. Prior assignments include CFO and vice president of finance positions with a number of emerging growth companies. Mr. Dickinson graduated from Fort Lewis College with a BS in Finance. 

Dustin Bradford - Chief Financial Officer

Dustin Bradford is a seasoned CPA who has served in various financial management roles across multiple industries. His background includes corporate auditing, strategic planning, accounting analysis, public company financing, and SEC reporting. Prior to becoming CFO he served as ENSERVCO’s Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. Previous assignments include Controller with TapInfluence, Inc., a venture-backed SaaS technology company, and finance positions with Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund and Sun Microsystems. He began his career as an auditor with KPMG, LLP. Bradford earned a BA in Accounting from Fort Lewis College.

Austin Peitz - Senior Vice President – Field Operations

Mr. Peitz has more than 17 years of operational and management experience with the company. He is responsible for all field operations at ENSERVCO’s two operating divisions, Heat Waves and Dillco Fluid Services. Peitz has led Heat Waves’ geographic expansion during the past six years, and directed the opening and staffing of new service yards in Carmichaels, PA (Marcellus and Utica Shale regions), Killdeer, ND (Bakken Shale region), and Cheyenne, WY (Niobrara Shale region). He also was responsible for the design of ENSERVCO’s proprietary fluid heating units – advanced truck mounted heating systems designed exclusively for use in the Company’s frac water heaters and hot oiling trucks.
