Overview

FAVO Capital, Inc. has two divisions- Funding and Commercial Real Estate (CRE). Funding will fall under the FAVO Capital Brand and CRE will be under the FAVO Realty Brand. FAVO Capital Division: The Alternative Business Funding and Financing Division intends to address the funding gap experienced by small to medium-sized businesses that are in need of capital. FAVO Capital will provide these businesses with quick, simple access to secured and unsecured working capital. FAVO Realty Division: seeks to own and manage a diversified portfolio of quality commercial real estate (CRE) properties throughout the US and will invest in all capital stacks of CRE including mezzanine financing.
