(Nasdaq:HCII), a Florida-based insurance holding company, today announced that its board of directors has declared cash dividends of 5.833 cents per share on its Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("HCIIP") for the months ending Dec. 31, 2011, and Jan. 31 and Feb. 29, 2012.
The Dec. 2011 dividend is payable Jan. 27, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 3, 2012.
The Jan. 2012 dividend is payable Feb. 27, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 2, 2012.
The Feb. 2012 dividend is payable March 27, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2012.
