2degrees launched as the third wireless operator in New Zealand in 2009.

2degrees continues to drive steady subscriber, revenue share and EBITDA growth in a constructive and expanding telecom market.

On December 31, 2021, Trilogy announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to sell 100% of its equity in 2degrees to Voyage Digital (NZ) Limited. The transaction closed in the second quarter of 2022.

Trilogy interest: 71.5%

NuevaTel launched as the third wireless operator in Bolivia in 2000, under management by Trilogy’s predecessor company, Western Wireless International. It was the first GSM network in South America.

Today, it provides wireless mobile in urban areas and has begun deploying fixed wireless in a market notable for its growing middle class and lack of residential broadband access.

On March 28, 2022, Trilogy announced that it had entered into an agreement to transfer its equity interest in Nuevatel to Balesia Technologies, Inc. The transaction closed in the second quarter of 2022.
