John Krier is Chief Executive Officer at Dynatronics. He joined Dynatronics in March of 2020, focused on executing the commercial strategy and business plan, along with leading the finance organization.
Prior to joining Dynatronics, Mr. Krier was Vice President of Marketing at Breg, Inc., a significant Dynatronics customer, where his work included executive leadership for Breg’s bracing product and technology marketing teams, including integrated applications with healthcare systems, service solutions with third-party payer reimbursement, and customer experience. Mr Krier’s diverse set of multi-functional leadership experiences in strategy, marketing, and executive leadership in the medical device industry, in addition to his finance and accounting credentials, are key to his role at Dynatronics.
John Krier began his career as a Certified Public Accountant for Deloitte where he advanced to senior manager with responsibility for clients primarily in the life sciences and healthcare sector, with project responsibilities in additional industries. Mr. Krier received his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Inactive, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Norm Roegner is Chief Financial Officer at Dynatronics. He joined in November of 2020, and comes to Dynatronics with years of experience in finance, supply chain, and sales operations in the medical device industry. Most recently, Norm was the Vice President of Finance for Phillips-Medisize, LLC, a Molex company, where he served on the executive leadership team as Chief Financial Officer for the Medical Pharma Solutions division. Phillips-Medisize, LLC is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and medical device markets. He has led several impactful projects over his career, including an assignment in Yamato, Japan. Mr. Roegner has a BS in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from DePaul University.
Mr. Murray is an accomplished executive and Army veteran with over 20 years of experience including P&L responsibility, LEAN manufacturing implementation, supply chain management, sales and marketing, and ERP implementations in technical manufacturing environments. Following his service in the U.S. Army, Mr. Murray's experience includes civilian roles spanning plant manager to significant leadership roles at industrial companies such as Rockwell Automation, DRS Technologies and Sanmina. In these positions, Mr. Murray has exhibited leadership, operational, and supply chain expertise that he will leverage in Dynatronics' business transformation.
Ms. Rome-Mealman’s 13 years of marketing, financial, and operational experience in medical device and technologies companies includes senior product management roles at Medtronic, Laborie/Cogentix Medical, Teleflex, and Rochester Medical.
Ms. Rome-Mealman joined Dynatronics in September 2020 as Director of Product Marketing, and has been a key contributor to the company’s business transformation. She led the launch of two successful higher margins, differentiated new table products that focused on growth markets in early 2021, and has been instrumental in the company’s “three brands, one company” internal and external rebranding. She will continue to be relied on for her expertise, developing the company’s strategic marketing plan, and leveraging relationships with existing and new dealers in new high-growth markets for a positive impact on sales and margins.
Skyler Black has served as the Corporate Controller for Dynatronics since January 2018 and as investor relations liaison since January 2020. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Black held the position of Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and served clients in their assurance practice for 12 years. Mr. Black holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Brigham Young University - Idaho. He received his CPA license in 2008 and holds an active license in Colorado.
