John Krier is Chief Executive Officer at Dynatronics. He joined Dynatronics in March of 2020, focused on executing the commercial strategy and business plan, along with leading the finance organization.
Prior to joining Dynatronics, Mr. Krier was Vice President of Marketing at Breg, Inc., a significant Dynatronics customer, where his work included executive leadership for Breg’s bracing product and technology marketing teams, including integrated applications with healthcare systems, service solutions with third-party payer reimbursement, and customer experience. Mr Krier’s diverse set of multi-functional leadership experiences in strategy, marketing, and executive leadership in the medical device industry, in addition to his finance and accounting credentials, are key to his role at Dynatronics.
John Krier began his career as a Certified Public Accountant for Deloitte where he advanced to senior manager with responsibility for clients primarily in the life sciences and healthcare sector, with project responsibilities in additional industries. Mr. Krier received his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Inactive, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Norm Roegner is Chief Financial Officer at Dynatronics. He joined in November of 2020, and comes to Dynatronics with years of experience in finance, supply chain, and sales operations in the medical device industry. Most recently, Norm was the Vice President of Finance for Phillips-Medisize, LLC, a Molex company, where he served on the executive leadership team as Chief Financial Officer for the Medical Pharma Solutions division. Phillips-Medisize, LLC is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and medical device markets. He has led several impactful projects over his career, including an assignment in Yamato, Japan. Mr. Roegner has a BS in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from DePaul University.
Jennifer Keeler is an accomplished Senior Executive and Board Member with more than 30 years of success across the legal, information technology, agribusiness, and consumer packaged goods industries. She has worked for start-ups and Fortune 200 companies providing in-house counsel services including employment law, M&A, packaging reviews, contract drafting & negotiation, corporate governance and IP protection.
Ms. Keeler has an undergraduate degree in Business and Marketing from the U of MN's Carlson School of Management. She went on to get her law degree at William Mitchell College of Law followed by an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
Mike Shoup joined Dynatronics in 2020, bringing over 25 years of experience developing and commercializing a wide variety of medical devices and pharmaceuticals in the cardiovascular, diabetes, ophthalmology, respiratory, neonatal, anesthesia and wound care markets. Over his career, Mike has held engineering and management positions in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, Facilities, Analytical R&D, Design Assurance and Clinical Affairs. Mike has been particularly focused on multiple acquisition and integration projects in his most recent roles with Salter Labs and SurModics, Inc.
Mr. Shoup has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota’s Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Saint Thomas. Mike was subsequently an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Thomas for several years, where he developed and taught post-graduate courses in Medical Device Design and Manufacturing.
Skyler Black has served as the Corporate Controller for Dynatronics since January 2018 and as investor relations liaison since January 2020. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Black held the position of Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and served clients in their assurance practice for 12 years. Mr. Black holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Brigham Young University - Idaho. He received his CPA license in 2008 and holds an active license in Colorado.
