Pacific Energy Development Regains Compliance With NYSE Listing Standards
DANVILLE, CA--(Marketwired - September 17, 2015) - PEDEVCO Corp. d/b/a Pacific Energy Development (NYSE MKT: PED) (the "Company"), today announced that the NYSE MKT (the "NYSE") has notified the Company that it has regained compliance with the NYSE continued listing standards.
On January 8, 2015, the Company received notice that the Company was below certain of the NYSE continued listing standards, as set forth in Section 1003(a)(iii) of the NYSE Company Guide, due to the Company reporting stockholders' equity below listing requirements. In a letter dated September 14, 2015, the NYSE notified the Company that the Company has successfully regained compliance with the NYSE continued listing standards.
