OREM, Utah, Nov 20, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- iMergent, Inc., (AMEX:IIG) a leading provider of eCommerce software for small businesses and entrepreneurs, conducted its 2008 annual shareholder meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2008.
The company's shareholders ratified the following:
-- The election of three Class I directors for terms of two years, expiring at the annual meeting of stockholders to be held for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010 or until each of their respective successors has been duly elected and qualified.
-- The appointment of Tanner LC as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009.
A policy stating independent directors shall serve on the Board for no more than ten years was not ratified by the company's shareholders.
