- Shipment Auditing Service Made Available to StoresOnline Pro Merchants -

OREM, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 22, 2007--iMergent, Inc. (AMEX:IIG), a leading provider of eCommerce software and solutions for small businesses and entrepreneurs, has announced an agreement with VeriShip to provide StoresOnline(TM) Pro merchants with auditing services for their FedEx(R) and UPS(R) shipments.

VeriShip's service allows merchants to monitor shipment delivery, identify invoice overcharges and detect incorrect rates and discounts as well as unauthorized charges. The company then files with shipping carriers for credits or refunds on behalf of their clients. Once credits and refunds are collected, VeriShip passes the savings on to its clients who in turn pay them a fee. Under the terms of the agreement, VeriShip will pay a commission to iMergent for earnings generated through StoresOnline Pro merchants.

"This agreement is another example of StoresOnline's commitment to provide value and service to its merchants," said Donald Danks, chairman and CEO of iMergent. "Our merchants depend on shipping carriers to deliver their products and services both on-time and on-budget. A shipping audit is typically available only to companies with enormous shipping volume; however, VeriShip provides an exceptional service at a reasonable price that we are proud to offer our merchants."

"We are excited to work with StoresOnline and StoresOnline Pro merchants," said Jeff Lindmark, Director of Sales and Marketing with VeriShip. "StoresOnline is responsive to the needs of its merchants and is dedicated to providing services to match those needs. We believe that this relationship will help the small-to-medium sized businesses utilizing the StoresOnline platform."

StoresOnline Pro (TM) notified its merchants of the auditing service through the monthly StoresOnline Pro (TM) newsletter and by the complete StoreFront Builder package.
