Proven Online Training Made Available to StoresOnline Pro Merchants
OREM, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 25, 2007--iMergent, Inc. (AMEX:IIG), a leading provider of eCommerce software and solutions for small businesses and entrepreneurs, has reached an agreement with Makau Corporation to provide StoresOnline(TM) Pro merchants with access to additional computer, marketing and accounting training at reduced rates. Under the terms of the agreement, Makau will pay commissions to iMergent for any training purchased by StoresOnline Pro merchants.

Makau builds online training services for many clients including Dell Education Services, IBM Partner Channel and other Fortune 100 companies. Makau has a vast array of courses ranging from A+ to MCSE to customary office software. Makau's Professional Library spans titles from Sales+ to Customer Service Skills.

StoresOnline Pro notified its clients of the training opportunity through the monthly StoresOnline Pro newsletters, by the complete StoreFront Builder package, and through customer support.
