OREM, Utah, September 6, 2006 -iMergent, Inc.(AMEX: IIG),a leading provider of eCommerce and software for small businesses and entrepreneurs, announced it began testing the seventh sales team â?? the company's first Spanish-speaking team â?? and intends to launch its eighth sales team on September 10th to meet strong demand for products and services.

The seventh team will test the Spanish version of StoresOnline in several U.S. and international markets over the next several quarters with full roll out expected some time in calendar 2007. The eighth team is expected to gradually increase its activities over the next several months, as typical.

Don Danks, chairman and chief executive officer, stated, â??One of our growth strategies has been to increase the number of sales teams and domestic and international workshops to fully leverage our infrastructure.  With the addition of these sales teams, we believe we will be able to capture the rising demand in the eCommerce marketplace.â?

â??We are excited about the potential opportunity of our first Spanish-speaking sales force, and it is expected to strengthen our push into the international market,â? said Brandon Lewis, president. â??However, we are proceeding cautiously with the initial roll-out, as new markets, in particular international markets, can carry new logistical and cultural challenges that may require program adjustments and refinements.â?
