VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2012) - Digital Shelf Space Corp. (TSX VENTURE:DSS)(OTCQX:DTSRF) (the "Company" or "DSS") is pleased to announce that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the terms of warrants to purchase common shares of the Company issued pursuant to a May 2011 unit private placement (the "May 2011 Private Placement"). Warrants to purchase 2,787,654 common shares will be extended to expire on November 16, 2013. The warrants would have otherwise expired on November 16, 2012. No warrants issued pursuant to the May 2011 Private Placement to Agents as compensation (as such terms are defined by TSX Venture Exchange policies) will be amended. All other terms and conditions of the warrants, including the exercise price of $0.30, remain unchanged.

The warrant expiry amendments remain subject to final acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
