New York, NY March 13, Aegis Capital is pleased to announce the hiring of Henry Berinstein as a Managing Director with in our Private Client Group, where he managed over 100 Million in high net worth customer accounts.

Henry for the past 13 years was a Managing Director with Burnham Securities. Previously Henry was with Bernard Aronson & Co, where he was a partner. Henry graduated from The University of Michigan with a BA in History. After graduating Henry spent 3 years in the Air Force as the Chief Financial Officer on the various bases. After discharge he became the buyer, booker and treasurer of Cornell Theatres (a chain of theatres in Central New York) as well as treasurer of a public bowling chain.
