New York, NY September 10, 2015 We are pleased to announce that Harry Ioannou has been promoted as our new Head of Global Equity Capital Markets and George Anagnostou is our new Head of Institutional Sales. Our Institutional Sales Team also includes Craig Skop as Senior VP, Joseph Cordi as Senior VP, Michael Gimeli as Senior VP, Keith Donofrio as Vice President and Tom Higgins as Senior VP, Investment Banking. The team will continue to service institutional and corporate clients and execute public and private offerings under the continued and able leadership of David Bocchi, Head of Investment Banking, and the Investment Banking Department. In conjunction with the new and improved capital markets unit, Aegis plans to further build upon the over two billion dollars of lead managed, co-managed, and syndicated transactions that the firm has completed since 2012.
