(OTCQB: MDEX) was incorporated on June 15, 1998 in the State of Nevada, USA and the Company's common shares are publicly traded on the OTC Bulletin Board. Most recently, On May 28, 2014, the Company finalized the asset purchase of the 'CannaStrips' technology by authorizing the issue of 5,000,000 restricted shares at a value of $.01 each. However, the shares have not yet been issued, as the Company is awaiting regularly approval with respect to earlier filings.
