Mr. Ken Pinckard, Chief Executive Officer:

For the past ten years, Mr. Pinckard has been Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for two public companies, responsible for all financial, accounting, auditing, SEC compliance and legal matters.  Mr. Pinckard is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and has extensive experience in real estate, corporate finance, startup ventures, investments, entertainment, corporate acquisitions, tax and reorganizations. He previously practiced law at Chamberlain Hrdlicka White Johnson & Williams of Houston, Texas and also served as a tax specialist at Coopers & Lybrand in both Houston and Philadelphia.  He also served as personal counsel to Congressman Barry Goldwater and in-house legal counsel for Hormel Foods heir and music composer, Geordie Hormel. Mr. Pinckard holds a B.B.A., Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston.  Mr. Pinckard has experience in the application process and implementation of start-up marijuana licensing and production ventures, having represented successful applicants for licenses to produce and dispense medical marijuana under the recently enacted Arizona law.

Mr. Preston Shea, President and Secretary:

As a member of the Board of Directors and President, Mr. Shea provides decades of expertise in the areas of business, law, and government regulations.  Mr. Shea currently serves as a Exec Vice President & Legal Counsel, Sakha Enterprises Corp. He also serves on the board of E-World Holding Inc. a health and nutritional supplements company.  Mr. Shea is President and Secretary of Studio One Media. Mr. Shea practiced international immigration law and business law in Ontario, Canada, Detroit, Michigan and Phoenix, Arizona, with an emphasis on the North American Free Trade Agreement. Prior to that, he served the government of Canada as Chief of Staff, Federal Minister of the Environment, Special Assistant, Federal Minister of International Trade, and Senior Investment Advisor, Canadian Consulate, Los Angeles.  Mr. Shea is a licensed Attorney in the State of Arizona and a Barrister and Solicitor, Law Society of Upper Canada, Ontario. He holds B.A., M.B.A. and an L.L.B.
